  Been a Members CU customer for 20 years. Never had a complaint, only positive experiences. Since they became 4Front, i have had nothing but problems. The transition was one problem after another, from no access to my account for days, to having no Visa/ATM/debit card for over a month. I could go on with a list of issues that would completely echo all the other reviewers, so I'll just say 4FRONT CREDIT UNION SUCKS. It's completely non-functional. I don't know how "improvements" can leave LESS service, LESS access, LESS ease-of-use etc. I will be taking my business elsewhere. TBA CU is looking pretty awesome- kind of like Members CU used to be.

  They don't offer direct deposit to pay your loans and online money transfers don't work with their banking system. I travel for work and the only way to pay right now is over the phone which they charge $10 to do!! Going to refinance with another bank. Team one has best rates and easy to work with

  I too used to be a Members Credit Union customer and I loved them. The service was the very best and it would take the whole page to explain why they were so good. Unfortunately since they have merged and become 4 Front they have become the very worse. If you call them because you need a simple question answered, you can expect to be 12th in cue and NEVER get straight through to talk to a person. Oh they will call you back most times but you better be able to stay by your phone for the next hour and a half waiting for a return call. All of my bill pay accounts were wiped out. The drive through service has become a joke and is most often a parking lot where you can expect to sit for 30+ minutes. Need to speak with a manager? That will take about 2 days to hear back from the "Customer Experience Manager". He will tell you how they pride themselves on their service and how he is there to help. Nothing is fixed and he will never return your calls. The list goes on and on. I too tried to wait it out until the dust settles but have opened another account with another bank. As soon as I receive a funds transfer I'm waiting on I'm closing my accounts with 4 Front. Such a shame Members was the very best.
