  The speed and efficiency of government is strong at this location. I love waiting for over an hour to fork over my hard earned Federal Reserve notes.

  Okay, I had to write up a review here, particularly having guessed that there wouldn't be too many positive ones (for preconceived assumptions). Anyway, here's my story. Happened today. I had renewed my vehicle registrations online, but one of them didn't show up in the mail. I got on the SOS web site to see what could be done, but good luck with that. Dreading what would happen next, I kept putting off going to the SOS office here in Traverse City, but had to as I'd been running around on an expired tag for the better part of three weeks. So I go in, holding the door for a disabled gentleman (which resulted in at least two other people getting ahead of me). Got to the kiosk and printed off my number (said 28 minute wait was estimated). Checked in with Traci at the front desk (delightful, I will say) and explained why I was there. She asked for the plate and my name, which I gave her. Fifteen seconds later she had printed off a tag and registration forms, wishing me an awesome rest of my day. Yeah. Didn't expect that, but that's the honest truth. Rock on!
